Training & Accreditation

Our accreditation manager can automatically verify that any staff visiting your sites are appropriately accreditation and have the correct training. Each contractor can add their individual training records and this can then be cross referenced when this person is listed on a site booking.

Staff will be notified before an accreditation expires so that refresher training can be taken.

Automatic Validation

If you are using Siteshare's online booking and access manager, contractors can be automatically prevented from working on your sites - The booking and access manager can be integrated with the contractor application to only select those contractors that have the appropriate accreditation or training based on the site and work type.
